Student Application
With the hope that you have read and understood all the provided information and are well satisfied with them, we implore you to fill this online registration/application form to show your interest in being part of our tutorial centre. We shall make materials and facilities available only to students that apply and are registered with us. Once you fill the form below, you will become part of our plans and arrangements. We urge you to make up your mind before you fill this form as it would be a waste of time and resources for us if you indicate your interest and you never show up eventually.
Our Tuition Terms and Conditions
Your Lesson fee MUST be paid at the first day of attending the tutorial. The fee expires exactly that day of every other month. (under certain circumstances, students may be given temporary cards which permit them for non paid tuition for a specific period).
Students can only have at most one week grace to clear off their debts after which they may not be allowed to participate in the classes.
We have the right to deny any student of any of our services and benefits if he or she owes us any amount of money as regards lesson fee or registration fee however.
Student Identification and Registration is mandatory and you are not regarded as our student until you acquire them.
Any student who fails to attend class with his/her ID Card may be delayed entry as verifications must be made before such student is allowed in.
We have the right to dismiss any student if his/her conduct is unacceptable to our tutorial centre. In any event of such, we shall instantly terminate his registration with us. Necessary Legal Awareness may be made in that respect.
All fees paid are non refundable under any circumstance whatsoever.
Under no circumstance should any of our materials be duplicated or distributed without prior notice and permission of the Director of Studies of the Academy.
Please come with two (2) passport photographs to complete your registration and Identification process
